Organised by BizLink Exhibition Services Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Singapore Press Holdings Ltd (SPH), the three day event will take place from 16 to 18 July, at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre Singapore, Level 1 Hall B.

Key segments for this year’s event include Print Technologies, Workspace Design Trends and Ergonomics, Office Stationery and Supplies, as well as Next-Gen Business Solutions, encompassing Cloud. Visitors can expect to see the latest Document Imaging Solutions from OKI Data, Docu ConneX (Samsung), Paper Communication Technology (RISO), CoE Marketing (Fuji Xerox), and Pericom Imaging.

The Cloud Advantage

Visitors can learn about the cloud advantage and essential solutions and services to help achieve business goals more cost-effectively at the brand new Cloud Pavilion. OEA will equip trade visitors with the necessary skills to boost their business.

See the future of our workplace through the eyes of young local design talents

One highlight is the design trends showcase by Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) and Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP). Student interior designers from NAFA will be displaying their concepts and models for the workplace, whereas NYP design students will explore and design accessories and fittings to fulfil the needs of the next-gen workplace.

Be amazed at how eco-friendly an office can be at the Eco-Office Showcase

This year’s Eco-Office showcase, brought to you by Singapore Environment Council, aims to further raise awareness about environmental-friendly habits within the workplace and to spread the importance of the “green” message. Setting up an Eco-Office is not restricted to the constraints of the existing building and infrastructure. The “green” culture adoption and environmentally-friendly behaviour is key to the success at living “green”.

Admission is free. Trade buyers seeking to visit should pre-register online at before 14 July 2014.
