herworldPLUS unveils 10 finalists for the inaugural herworldPLUS Street Style Awards 2014

Singapore, 14 July 2014 - Since May 2014, herworldPLUS, Singapore’s leading women’s online network for fashion, shopping and beauty, has been on a mission to find and crown the best-dressed on Singapore’s streets. 

After a week of careful selection, the top 10 herworldPLUS Street Style Awards finalists have emerged by impressing our judges with their unique street style looks. These style stars are vying for top two spots — Best Guy and Best Girl — which will allow them to win $4,000 worth of prizes from the presenter ALDO and sponsors and supporters Jean Yip, Canon Singapore and The Lo & Behold Group. 

The finalists will also be up for one or more of the other awards that are part of the overall campaign, including the Most Popular Award, chosen by the public via social media; the ALDO Style Award chosen by the fashion experts at ALDO, the main presenter of the campaign; the Best Hair Award chosen by the hair experts at Jean Yip Salon; the Most Photogenic Award chosen by Canon Singapore’s visual experts and the That’s Hot Award chosen by the DJs at HOT FM 91.3, our supporter of the Awards. In addition, these emerging style icons will also be featured in the September issue of Her World magazine. 

The winner of the Most Popular Award will win $2,000 worth of prizes while the rest will each walk away with prizes worth $500.

The herworldPLUS Street Style Awards open for submissions from late May 2014. The voting of the top 10 finalists will end on July 23, 2014. Winners will be announced in early August on the official website.
