Singapore, 8 May 2016 – Shape Glow, one of Shape magazine’s signature events, was held yesterday afternoon at *Scape The Ground Theatre.Over 200 women gathered for the third edition of the women’s only dance-a-thon, where they participated in three high-energy dance workouts.Led by instructors from Amore Fitness, the workouts comprised 60 minutes of FunkBlitz, 60 minutes of KickBlitz and 60 minutes of Zumba. Participants of Shape Glow were amongst the first to try out the brand-new workout of KickBlitz, a fusion of kickboxing and strengthening exercises. Participants also had a fun-filled afternoon dancing away the stresses of the week, while mingling with friends and getting healthy at the same time.There were several fringe activities by various partners to further liven the atmosphere at *Scape. Amore Fitness offered free body composition analysis and exclusive fitness-and-spa package discounts, while belif held a lucky draw for its best-selling beauty products. Participants got to quench their thirst with free bottles of Florida's Natural's delicious juices at the brand's booth too.“I liked that Shape Glow had three different dance workouts. The event was lots of fun, and I got a full-body workout in. Zumba was my favourite workout,” shared participant Elizabeth Rigby, 24, a project manager. Participant Dilyara Sadykova, 27, an executive assistant, added, “The instructors who led the workouts were really good! I enjoy dancing and really enjoyed Shape Glow!”
