STJobs Career & Learning Fair 2018 returns on 28 and 29 July

Singapore, 26 July 2018 – The STJobs Career & Learning Fair 2018, Singapore's largest job fair offering the most number of job opportunities, will return on 28 and 29 July.

The fair is organised by STJobs and will be held at Suntec Convention Centre Hall 403 from 10am to 6pm on both days.

First launched in 2012, the fair is now in its seventh year running to present opportunities for prospective applicants to consult with their choice employers and personal development providers. Jobseekers will be able to learn how to make informed decisions and take positive steps towards their career goals.

This year’s edition includes more than 50 exhibitors representing a good mix of new and established companies and training providers. They are keen to meet first-time jobseekers or mid-career switchers who wish to either kick-start or take their career to the next level, and provide them with a wide variety of career choices as well as skills and knowledge enrichment options.

Among the list of exhibitors is Workforce Singapore (WSG), which has supported the fair over the past 2 years. Its Adapt and Grow programmes can help individuals identify pathways to a fulfilling career - by providing career guidance and planning for a career transition.

Jobseekers can also expect to receive free career coaching sessions and personal profiling reports to help them to position themselves advantageously in their job search or career. The fair also presents jobseekers with the opportunity to network with various prospective employers which could lead them to discover a brand new career path as well. Visitors can also sign up for a wide range of Higher Education and SkillsFuture courses to continue their lifelong learning journey.

Open talk sessions will be conducted throughout the day, with professional speakers and industry veterans sharing their expertise in areas like career planning and progression, how best to seek the right job opportunities, confidently ace the interview and nail the job successfully. There is also an instant sure-win lucky dip for all visitors who attend the two-day fair.

STJobs Career & Learning Fair 2018 opens doors to job and learning opportunities, and is a must-attend exhibition for all individuals seeking to enhance their job-hunting success and career prospects.

The fair is open to Singaporeans & Permanent Residents only on 28 July, and the public on 29 July. Visitors have to be at least 16 years and above. Admission is free.
