McDonald’s diners to enjoy complimentary access to online edition of any SPH newspaper

Singapore, 6 December 2018 – Starting today, diners at McDonald’s will be able to enjoy two weeks’ complimentary access to the online edition of any Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) newspaper.

This promotion is in conjunction with McDonald’s “Quality Starts From Within” campaign to launch its new Angus BLT burger, and will run from 6 December 2018 to 2 January 2019.

During this period, diners just have to follow the instructions on their tray mats – scan the QR code, register and activate their accounts – to start reading breaking news and in-depth analyses in SPH newspapers, including The Straits Times, Lianhe Zaobao, Berita Harian, Tamil Murasu, The Business Times, Shin Min Daily News and Lianhe Wanbao.

They also have the option to sign up and continue their subscription after the complimentary access expires after two weeks.
