Singapore, 31 July 2019 – Singapore Press Holdings Limited (SPH) and Times Printers Private Limited (TPPL) have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate and strengthen their capabilities in commercial print services for the next two years.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed today by Mr Anthony Tan, Deputy CEO of SPH and Mr Siew Peng Yim, CEO of TPPL at SPH News Centre.
The MOU will see SPH and TPPL leveraging on each other’s strengths and capabilities in digital and offset printing and post-finishing production. With the combined experience and sales network, this partnership sets out to achieve a comprehensive and cost-effective commercial print service, where both parties can be more responsive and well-equipped to undertake commercial printing assignments.
Under the MOU, the collaboration further facilitates the referral of commercial printing jobs between the two companies based on their printing capabilities and business capacities.
