SPH launches brand new Tamil Murasu + The Straits Times News Tablet Bundle Package

Singapore, 12 May 2020 – Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) is extending a whole new digital experience to Tamil Murasu readers after the success of The Straits Times, Chinese and Berita Harian News Tablets, which have garnered a total of over 27,000 subscribers to date.

They can now sign up for the Tamil Murasu and The Straits Times News Tablet Bundle Package at or by calling 6388 3838 from today. This will benefit bilingual readers who are now able to read both publications by subscribing to one package.

For $29.90 a month with a two-year contract, readers can enjoy access to the Tamil Murasu and The Straits Times e-papers, and get a Samsung Galaxy Tab A (10.1") Wi-Fi tablet worth $398.

Each bundle tablet is preloaded with the News Tablet app which features an auto login and does not require a password after activation. It also auto downloads the latest e-paper in a Wi-Fi environment for the subscriber to read on the go, clip news articles and share with family and friends on social media. Each e-paper is archived for 14 days.
